3. Service Description
Grave Clean provides headstone cleaning, maintenance, and restoration services. We apply professional cleaning solutions and techniques to remove dirt, moss, algae, and weathering effects while preserving the integrity of the stone.

3.1 Types of Services
- One-Off Cleaning Service – Includes four visits to apply biological treatment and remove buildup.
- Subscription Care Plans – Regular cleaning and maintenance at scheduled intervals.
- Headstone Restoration – Lettering renewal, gilding, and minor restorations.

4. Booking & Payment Terms
4.1 Booking Process
- Bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email.
- A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking.
- Customers must supply accurate location details and any necessary permissions for access.

4.2 Payment
- Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Subscription services are billed on a rolling monthly basis unless canceled.
- We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit.
- One-off services: Refunds will only be issued if canceled before the cleaning process begins.
- Subscription services: Customers may cancel at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel services in cases of non-payment, unsafe conditions, or lack of access.

5. Service Execution & Limitations
5.1 Cleaning Process
- We use biodegradable cleaning solutions and soft techniques to avoid damage.
- Initial cleaning results may vary based on the stone’s condition, weathering, and past treatments.
- Some stains, such as deep-set biological growth, may take multiple visits to fully remove.
- We cannot guarantee that faded or missing lettering will be restored unless a lettering service is booked.

5.2 Access & Permissions
- The customer must ensure we have access to the headstone on the scheduled date.
- If a cemetery requires a permit for cleaning, the customer must arrange this before booking.
- If we are unable to access the headstone on the scheduled day, the service may be postponed, and a rebooking fee may apply.

5.3 Weather Conditions & Delays
- Severe weather conditions may impact scheduled visits. In such cases, we will notify the customer and reschedule at the earliest opportunity.
- Our biological cleaning solutions work gradually, meaning full results may not be immediate.

5.4 Liability
- We take utmost care when cleaning headstones. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, natural wear and tear, or weaknesses in the stone.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by previous cleaning methods (e.g., high-pressure washing, chemical damage).
- Customers must notify us of any pre-existing conditions or vulnerabilities in the stone before cleaning.

- Ensure all necessary permissions are obtained from cemeteries or local authorities.

7. Subscription Plans & Renewals
- Subscription care plans are billed monthly in advance.
- Customers can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for payments already made.
