Questions before you book
If you would like help choosing the right service, call 0330 043 0456.
What can I book online?
You can book cleaning only, or cleaning with restoration of existing lettering. The builder shows the available memorial and lettering options. For repairs or an additional inscription, speak to our team.
What details should I have ready?
Have the cemetery or churchyard name ready. A clear photograph of the memorial is helpful and is required if you choose the lettering option to count from a photo. You can also add notes for our team.
What if I do not know how many letters there are?
Choose “Not sure” in the lettering step and upload a clear photograph. Suggested counts are estimates. The builder explains how the price may be checked or adjusted before the visit, so read that information before paying. Contact our team if you would like help first.
When will the work take place?
If you have a particular date in mind, please speak to our team before booking so we can discuss the arrangements with you.
What if the memorial needs repairs or an additional inscription?
Please contact our team to discuss the memorial, an assessment and a suitable quote. These services use a separate enquiry route.
Can I speak to someone before paying?
Yes. Call 0330 043 0456, or send a message through our contact page if you would like help choosing the right service.
