For whatever reason, if we cannot proceed with your booking and we have not attended the grave yet, we will happily reimburse you.
Depending on the type of stone, you should see results after 1-2 visits. Our default cleaning service is 4 cleaning visits spread over 12 months for long lasting results.
We aim to complete your gilding within 4-6 weeks after booking. Please contact us if you have any questions.
