Our subscription plan covers:
- Annual (or biannual, if requested) site visits to inspect, clean and tidy the grave area
- Remedial cleaning of light staining or biological growth
- Removal of leaves, debris and litter around the headstone
- Re-securing or straightening the stone if it has shifted
- A photo report sent to you after each visit
You can choose between one or two scheduled visits per year:
- Annual Plan: one visit every 12 months
- Biannual Plan: two visits per year (approximately six months apart) During the quote process, let us know which frequency you prefer.
Yes. Subscribers receive a discounted rate for any ad-hoc visits. Simply contact us, and we’ll arrange an extra visit to address specific issues (e.g., storm damage or heavy moss growth).
On our initial visit, if the headstone requires more than routine tending (for example, deep cleaning, repairs or re-lettering), we’ll let you know and advise on a one-off service before starting the maintenance plan. We do not proceed with subscription tending until any major issues are resolved.
You can cancel or pause at any time by emailing or calling our office. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not enforce long-term contracts—your satisfaction is our priority.
Yes. Part of our tending service is to carefully remove weeds, moss or ivy that may be growing around or against the headstone. We avoid using harsh chemicals near the memorial to protect surrounding ground and plant life.
There is no minimum term. You may start and stop as you wish. That said, many families find it easier to maintain an annual plan for consistent care and to preserve their loved one’s memorial in the best possible condition
