One of our technicians will visit the grave in person, assess the memorial's condition, and send you a written report with photographs and a fixed price for any work we recommend. No obligation to proceed.
What you receive
- An in-person visit to the grave by a trained GraveClean technician
- Photographs of the memorial as it stands today, from all sides
- A written assessment of the stone type, weathering, biological growth, and lettering condition
- Notes on any damage, movement, or safety concerns we find
- A fixed, itemised quote for the work we'd recommend and what we'd leave alone
- Honest guidance on what's worth doing and what isn't
The £50 comes off your bill
If you go ahead with any work, the full £50 is deducted from the cost. If you decide not to proceed, the report is yours to keep including the photographs, which many families find valuable in their own right.
How it works
- Place your order and tell us where the grave is
- We'll call you within one working day to confirm the details and agree a visit window
- Your technician attends and carries out the assessment
- Your report and quote arrive by email, usually within three working days of the visit
Before we can attend
We'll need the cemetery or churchyard name, the grave or plot reference if you have it, and confirmation that you're the memorial owner or have their permission. Some burial authorities require their own notice before anyone works on a memorial, we'll handle that with them on your behalf.
Where we cover
We work across England, Wales and Scotland. Assessment visits are scheduled around our technicians' routes, so we'll give you a realistic date when we call rather than a promise we can't keep.
