We aim to complete the first cleaning visit within 2-3 weeks of your booking. This allows us to carefully schedule your service, ensuring the best weather conditions and proper treatment application for optimal results.
If you’ve chosen our One-Off Cleaning Service, the first visit will kickstart the four-visit process to gradually restore the headstone.
For customers on a Maintenance Plan, we’ll schedule your first visit within the same timeframe and continue with regular cleaning based on your chosen frequency.

If you cancel before we attend the first clean we can process a full refund to your original payment method. If we have already attended then we are unfortunatley unable to process a refund. You will receive a text and email when one of our technicians have completed a clean.
