If you have chosen a monthly plan our headstone technicians will attend within 2 weeks of your order being placed. If however you have chosen the bi-monthly option, our first attendance will be on the second payment received and will continue thereforwards.

If you cancel before we attend the first clean we can process a full refund to your original payment method. If we have already attended then we are unfortunatley unable to process a refund. You will receive a text and email when one of our technicians have completed a clean.
